This organization is for those interested in distance education and educational technology - past, present and future! We are in the start-up phase and will soon offer many valuable resources, including scholarship, technology, practice, history and implications for the future.

The International Museum of Distance Education and Technology will provide this web site as a growing resource on the history of distance education and will explore the possibilities of its virtual campus (currently in Second Life). We would also like to hold face to face events in the future.

We welcome any contributions from colleagues around the world - we will provide a space for you to share your organization's history - or your history as related to distance education. Contact us here.

We are currently self-funded and do display some advertisements on our web site. We currently are running Amazon.com ads and Google ads.
